Busy Mom Finds Time for Yoga

I know I haven't had much time to post on my blog, but I am still making time to practice yoga every day. It is very important to me. The best times I have found to practice yoga are either at 6 AM, getting up before my son does at 7 AM or at 9 AM, when he goes down for his first nap.
This is my practice:
  • Pranayama
  • Chanting the "Gayatri Mantra"
  • Sit still for 10-15 minutes
  • Practice 1/2 hour of Yin Yoga
  • Savasana

It feels wonderful!
